Independent South-London estate agents, Emma's, wanted to diversify their offering and place greater focus on their buy & sell property portfolio while simultaneously attracting an up-market clientele.
After 30 years in the real-estate game, they wanted to completely reposition their existing brand, develop a new visual language which would champion their excellent service and maintain the boutique nature they've become known for.
Currently, real estate is saturated by corporate, dull and often male- focussed estate agents, despite women driving around 80% of house purchases and making 70-80% of all consumer decisions. As a female- led agent, we identified a space in the market for Emma's to utilise their experience and communicate with an under-valued demographic through relatable comms.


We created a playful, human-centred illustrative language that reflected Emma's personality and the needs of their customers. While many competitors utilise stock illustrations, Emma's needed to be unique and establish itself as a personable agency that can deliver the best experience possible.
Bespoke development
Emma's couldn't list properties on its website, causing potential customers to divert to third-party platforms. A custom developed website streamlined their entire system, injecting character and focussing on messaging and conversion while automating their internal components to make the team's life easier.


Out of home
As an independent agent, Emma's relies upon out-of-home marketing to bring new stock into their portfolio. Utilising their newly created brand system we created a range of audience focussed assets to assist in driving website traffic and leads.


A developed social media suite helped to convey how much local knowledge has an impact on property value. Showcasing that Emma's are local experts with their finger on the pulse while also inspiring audiences to get excited about everything South London has to offer.
